1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cuci21 ("cuci21", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cuci21.win and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application interfaces.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on cuci21, you unconditionally accept these Terms and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close associate of cuci21 or any of its affiliated gaming software providers, unless such participation has been expressly authorised in writing.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the cuci21 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

cuci21 conducts mandatory age and identity verification on all new accounts. You may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be suspended. Any winnings accrued on an unverified or age-ineligible account are forfeited and non-refundable.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the cuci21 platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same payment method, or the same device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the platform.

3.1 Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. cuci21 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.2 Password & Access Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci21 login credentials. cuci21 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify cuci21 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. cuci21 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or to notify cuci21 in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. cuci21 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of RM 20 per month to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will continue to be held for the account holder.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

cuci21 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your cuci21 wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Cashier page and are subject to change. cuci21 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment processor fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Player.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the cuci21 account holder. cuci21 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Verification of identity is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests to e-wallets are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers are typically processed within the same business day. cuci21 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

cuci21 is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. cuci21 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, cuci21 may be required to report the relevant activity to applicable authorities without prior notice to the Player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

cuci21 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. Each promotion is governed by specific bonus terms published on the cuci21 Promotions page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived funds.
• cuci21 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be adversely affected by changes during the qualifying period of that specific promotion.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using technical exploits, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — constitutes a breach of these Terms. cuci21 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings derived from abusive conduct.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

6. Wagering & Gaming Rules

All games available on the cuci21 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable rules as part of this agreement.

• cuci21 utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all non-live games. RNG certification is maintained by independent third-party testing laboratories.
• Live casino games are hosted by human dealers in certified studio environments. All dealing and shuffling procedures are independently audited.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error during a game round, cuci21 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. cuci21 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Sports betting settlement follows the official result of the relevant governing body. Disputes regarding settlements must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuci21 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating, accessing, or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating multi-accounting by third parties;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players in card games or other skill-based formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or enables money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to charge back deposits after using funds for wagering;

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cuci21 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trade marks, and text — is the exclusive property of cuci21 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any cuci21 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of cuci21 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuci21 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions;
• Interruptions to service caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental action, or network infrastructure failures;
• Decisions made by you based on information published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the negligence of cuci21, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

cuci21 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss limits — caps on total losses over a defined period;
• Session time reminders — notifications after defined playing periods;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension on request;
• Self-exclusion — permanent exclusion from the platform.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

cuci21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A regulatory or legal obligation requires cuci21 to do so;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, all outstanding balances — including deposit balances, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited. In the event of account closure at cuci21's discretion for legitimate regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money deposit balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting cuci21 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of cuci21's licensing authority. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the cuci21 licensing authority's dispute resolution framework, before resort is made to any court of law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

cuci21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate modification is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the cuci21 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and request account closure.
